Another Great Customer Recipe

We recently won the attention of a new customer when he and his family tried our Duck Prosciutto. David Wimmer sent us a recipe for Pasta Carbonara. And when you don’t have time to make a pasta dish, he suggests serving the prosciutto sliced thinly over bruschetta, and finishing under the broiler with a touch of parmesan cheese. Great ideas!
